A recent Cloud driver update caused the Domosapiens Leviton/HAI Omni IP driver to stop communicating with the HAI security panel. Unfortunately, the solution requires an intervention (which may be done remotely) and involves the following:
1. In Composer Connections, disconnect and reconnect the driver with the panel's IP address
2. In Composer, re-enter the Panel Encryption Key in the driver's property.
Everything will recover after these two steps.
