Create a Project

To create a project first login to DriverCentral (https://www.drivercentral.io/) and go to your Projects Portal (https://drivercentral.io/index.php?dispatch=license_portal.overview). Once you have reached the Projects Portal click the "New Project" button. You will now be promoted to name the project. Name the project anything you wish and then select the "Add Project" button. Your project will now be listed in the portal.

Change Controllers

Projects can be moved to new controllers in the Projects Portal (https://drivercentral.io/index.php?dispatch=license_portal.overview) (with the exception of Showroom Projects (https://help.drivercentral.io/245975-Showroom-Licences): submit a help desk ticket with the project token and new MAC address and we can move it for you). Project Notifications

Project notifications are enabled by default. In order to disable notifications for a project go to the Projects Portal (https://drivercentral.io/index.php?dispatch=license_portal.overview), select the project, the select the settings (gear) icon. Delete a Project

The ability to delete a project is enabled on all project except for Showroom Projects (https://help.drivercentral.io/245975-Showroom-Licences). Project Creation Failed/License Linking Failed

When creating a project if you get the error "Project Creation Failed" or are trying to add a license to a project and get the error "License Linking Failed" then you need to log out of the site then log back in. If these errors are shown then your session has timed out or expired on DriverCentral and logging back in will refresh the session and allow modification of customer projects. Not Connected to Driver

If a driver in one of your projects in the Projects Portal (https://drivercentral.io/index.php?dispatch=license_portal.overview) is listed as "Not Found in Project" then the driver has not yet been installed on your system or is on a non-DriverCentral version of the driver. If you are on a non-DriverCentral version of the driver you will need to update to the latest DriverCentral version.

Update Drivers

In the Projects Portal (https://drivercentral.io/index.php?dispatch=license_portal.overview) you can force updates to specific drivers by clicking the "Updates Available" tab. This will bring up a menu of all of the updates available in your projects. From here you may select each driver to be updated automatically in all of the projects in your Projects Portal.
