If we are not on live chat, or if the problem is something we can not immediately remedy, we will ask you to Submit a Support Ticket. Support tickets are a great way for us to document issues and helps our partner developers improve their drivers by identifying and correcting issues and questions.
When submitting a ticket please be sure to include as much information about the issue(s) as you can. The more information you are able to provide the faster the developers will be able to identify your issue(s) and resolve them.
If you are able please provide:
- The Driver Version
- The Firmware Version of the Device
- Screenshots of the Driver or Project
- Lua Debug Logs
- Any Additional Photos
